HOW TO BOOK

FOR ALL HAIR SERVICES!

Deposits & Fees

• Services that are listed above will require at least a $15 deposit to reserve your appointment. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferrable if needing to cancel or reschedule future hair visits. Deposits are deducted from final cost of service. PAY DEPOSITS DURING BOOKING!

• Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashapp ($DesireeNekole), Apple pay, or through our website booking services.

• Please be advised that all rendered services are FINAL. However if you find the service inadequate, we will make it our top priority to ensure you leave your appointment feeling great.

Late, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

• There will be a 10 minute grace period that is obligation free. However if you exceed 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you must reschedule. Customer will be responsible for all cost of services rendered.

• No show clients will be charged responsible for entire cost of services rendered for your specific appointment time. These clients will be prohibited to request future services.

• If you are unable to make it to your initial appointment, you will be allotted 21 calendar days to reschedule appointment with NO additional charges or fees. Any appointment scheduled beyond 22 days, customer will be required to submit another deposit.

• If in need to cancel initial appointment, please do so within 24 hours of appointment time. Same day cancellations will result in pay of 50% of service(s) scheduled to be rendered.

Constructed Wig Services

• You must provide your own bundles. 

• Your scheduled appointment will be the time you drop off hair to be constructed. The alloted time displayed in the description of service will be the time needed to construct wig. May take 1-3 days depending on availability, however turnaround will NEVER EXCEED 7 DAYS. Once wig is completed customer will be notified and we can set up a time to pick up or get installed.

• If you would like your wig shipped to your home, construction service must be paid In FULL!

• PRIOR TO ARRIVAL! Head measurements are important! If you have measurements before hand it will make your drop off time go by faster however we are able to take measurements for you at drop off. At or before drop off you will be required to fill out client intake form. SEE PICTURE BELOW IF YOU NEED HELP MEASURING YOUR HEAD!

• If you bring your own bundles that are not from our website, hair must be completely washed and dried prior to arrival. Hair must be free from glue, products, threads, etc. A $15 maintenance charge will be added to your final balance if hair is not as described above.

Installs

• When you arrive to your install appointment, hair is not required to be washed or blown out but it will add time to your service as well as a $10 maintenance fee added to your final balance. Washing and blow drying hair prior to appointment will ensure a fast and speedy service!

• If needing hair washed and blown out, you can bring personal hair products if you wish.

Coloring Services

• Results are not guaranteed on hair that is not provided. To ensure 100% satisfaction. please purchase a unit or extensions form www.splityowig.com.

• 1 unit= 3-2 bundles+ lace piece. Any additional pieces will incur additional fee.

• Please be sure to list any possible hair conditions (alopecia, allergies, thinning, dandruff, etc) so we can ensure to service you the best way possible!

Braids & Twists

• Hair is included in the price of service. 4-6 packs of hair will be included but if you wish to have more you must purchase the correct additional packs of hair and bring it to the time appointment.
