If hair is damaged, not what was expected or not satisfying do not remove packaging! Once hair is received by customer, returns are available for the next 72 hours. Contact our customer service rep within those 72 hours at 2168327978 or at desinekohunt12@gmail.com. Send hair back to distributor and we will offer a full refund or you can order different hair within same sales price.

Handle hair with care as if it was yours. Do not excessively use heat. Use silk wraps to preserve hair when wearing it to bed. DO NOT OVER PROCESS THE HAIR, remember this is 100% Human Hair and should be treated as if it was your own! Wash hair by hand.
